I have spent most of my life uncovering deeper and truer levels of myself. It wouldn’t be inaccurate to say that at the age of 11, I began hunting — intensely and ruthlessly — that mysterious quantum-level unicorn called “the authentic self.” And, for the past 30 of all those years, I’ve been equally determined to develop the capacity to speak with the true voice of that authentic self, to enact it and to manifest it in the world. The authentic self and speaking truthfully — my twin loves — are now so intertwined that the realization of that deep ground of authenticity and its expression are one. Realization = Insight. Expression = Action.

Insight & Action. Realizing (insight) the authentic self and expressing (action) the authentic self. Taken together, merged as one, these become embodied self-awareness. If you want to work with me, you will have a sincere interest in these. You will truly want to be and do what is in your heart, what makes you come fully and radically alive, engaged, awake, and alert.

For anything substantive to happen, we have to be all in — nothing held back, no split attention, no window shopping. Skin in the game. Wholehearted. I will bring decades of in-the-ring-with-the-bull experience, a fetish for spontaneity and improvisation, and a deep love for seeing people manifest their magnificent cosmic roar.

I work with individuals, couples, groups, and organizations of all kinds. I have worked with a cultural cross section of people from all over the world: corporate executives, professionals, rock musicians, authors, actors, social workers, fashion designers, spiritual teachers, holistic healers, Olympic athletes, activists, stay-at-home moms, educators, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders. Each person, each group, is different in some significant way. The specific needs and aims and starting points and capacities of each person and each group are distinctive. This is important.

You are unique. I do not presume that you would benefit from a fixed style of coaching or predetermined packages, programs, and prices. To do so would be ordinary. I do not do ordinary. I do not have ordinary clients. I do not offer anything “off the rack”; every engagement is bespoke, carefully and lovingly hand-crafted, with attention to the smallest detail.
